Practice Guidelines
It is better to practice for 15 minutes four days a week than one hour one day a week
Set a goal for each practice session: improve tone, analyze technique, play through a who piece without stopping
You should practice in a space with little to no distractions. Also practice at a time when there won't be distractions to your mind
Keep a practice journal to log what issues you come across and keep track of measures you practice
